1.4 Product images are for illustration only, what a customer is ordering is as described in writing.

2. Payment

2.1 Transactions are payable to M D Haines who is the distributor authorised by Neways International (UK) Ltd.

2.2 To pay by credit card, you will be directed to PayPal automatically. You do not have to be a registered PayPal user to make a payment. The name 'PAYPAL*NEWAYSHOP' will appear on your credit card statement.

3. Privacy

3.1 Personal information provided by guests and customers on this site will not be passed onto third parties. Such information is only used to provide services or to fufill orders.

We occasionally send out information and newsletters by email but only to those people who have subscribed to our mailing list, regardless of wether they have placed orders or not.

Responses to enquiries will be emailed to the person that sent them unless another form of reply is requested.

4. Shipping & Returns

4.1 Please allow up to five working days for delivery in the UK.

4.2 Owing to differing regulations between countries we will only be able to ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

4.3 Provided that the seal on the product container is not broken and the product is returned to us no later than 30 days following its receipt by the customer, a no quibble refund for the returned item(s) will be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.
